What is the name of your state? Texas

I am a Grandmother with temp custody of my 11 mo old Granddaughter. I hired a private attny to represent my case and make sure biological parents did not harm this child any more.
During the past 6 months the attny did not enforce ANY of the court order.
When I started pushing him to do something and asking questions, he said I was rude and impatient and he was going to file a motion to withdraw from my case as of the next day. (That was 3 weeks ago and he has still not filed anything with the court.)
I cannot afford to hire another attny and will be trying to handle the case myself now.
Should I file a complaint with the State Bar Association against this attny and should I let the Judge know what's going on?
Thank you,

Sandi
