PResumably you were ticketed and / or arrested?
What are your charges?
Your extremely limited description of the accident doesn't reveal enough.
If you have any fault for this of course the other drivers insurance will seek to hold you responsible. (ie they will sue you)

Yes i recieved a ticket for driving after Rev. and no Ins. court on 27th. Not arrested.
I lost my Lic. 3yrs ago For a DWI Have not had $$$ to get it back. About 1200.00.
I only drive when I have to that morning I had to. I had no way to get to work. I was driving S. on the main drag in town. It had snowed most of the night 3-6 In. About 5:45 am
a car entered from my left to cross highway from a side street it was heading W. The road i was on was a 5 lane,4 lanes plus a left turn lane. When I first saw the car I was a block away from intersection. As I got closer it looked like it was stuck. It started to proceed slowly and i said to myself " dont try it " Suddenly it started to go. I let off of gas to slow down . It kept going across in front of me. I slamed on brakes and started to slide to the right hopeing that the person would see me and stop in time so I could miss the front of the car. The other car hit me in the front of the drivers door ,Took my door off and spun me around into a stop sign. My car totaled other car bairly scratched. my car towed other car drove away, didnt even break headlight. The police report said the other person Tboned me and failed to yeald to me.
