Am I still entitled to manage my mother's benefit if not what to do?

My mother got arrested today 10/25,but already was scheduled to be sentenced on 11/23 for 30 days. Since she violated an order of protection today she could face more than her original 30 day sentenced. Could I continue to be her payee and manage her benefits while he in jail and of not what should I do?

I would suggest calling the offices that administers her benefits and ask them. Anything more than that requires the name of your state and what kind of benefits you're talking about.
