how do i find out if i am still married to some one who left 5 years ago and can not be located
and how do you file for divorce if you can find them ?:

My response:

Unless you've got a Decree of Dissolution (Divorce) in your hot, little hands, then consider yourself still married. To look for, and track down, whether or not there was a divorce by the other party would be like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Start your own Divorce action, and get your own Decree.
