What is the name of your state? Missouri

So two weeks ago I ordered a VHS from a seller on Amazon Marketplace. Receeived it a few days ago and it is the wrong VHS (I ordered Deadlocked, got something called Up At the Villa). I e-mailed the seller immediately explaining what happened and asking what the course of action was. He sent back the following e-mail (well really just a sentence):

"We are very sorry.. Please return for full refund."

That was it. So, if I return this wrong VHS and he refunds my original purchase, I still loose out because I'm paying packing and postage on the returned VHS tape. Here's my question: do I have to return it to get the refund? I'm not against returning it, but I feel I should be reimbursed for my expenses in returning it.
