I ordered an IPOD from amazon and noticed they made a mistake on the pricing. They had credited my account for the price of the iPOD so I technically got a free iPOD. The item has shipped and it didn't even have to ask for my credit card number because the item was FREE. I was just wondering what actions can amazon take against me if I refuse to return the iPOD since it was really their mistake. I've ordered items from Amazon before and they might have my credit card numbers still saved in their system. Do they have a right to charge my credit card when the invoice I received clearly shows the amount as $0.00 as charged?

Thanks

what will be your defense when they do charge your credit card? if amazon does nothing, you got a freebie. if they charge your card, it is to be expected.
