What is the name of your state? Massachusetts

I have a pending chapt 7 case. It was filed on the last day before the laws changed; so nothing has happened in terms of creditor meetings, etc.

Today I made a motion to amend my schedule F, which was accepted by the clerk. Now I have to show service to the 2 creditors who have been added to the case.

My question is, can I use registered mail as a means of service, or must I use a process server. I would think I can, since the court just send letters out via regular mail; but I know better than to think logically when it comes to any sort of bureaucracy.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!!

Look at your local rules, they will tell you how service must be made. Generally registered mail is acceptable, however YOU cannot mail them, get a friend or otherwise uninterested party to mail them for you.
