What is the name of your state? CA

I'm an online retailer and I sold $399 item to a client in NY. He paid using AMEX , item was delivered ontime. Now after about 2 weeks AMEX charged me back for the whole amount. Is that something I can do?

What does AMEX say you should do?

They should have given you papers to fill out to show it was a legit charge? Do you have those? Have you even contacted AMEX?
