How does the CSE or whoever fills out the paperwork for CS calculator figure in overnights to determine what percentage or monthly obligation is to be paid by obligor?



Say the CP has full legal with NCP having no visitations set up in court. The NCP gets 0 overnights, right?

OK now say the CP and NCP hahave joint legal with standard every other weekend and standard holidays. How many overnights is that?

Well, someone has already counted how many overnights are involved in standard visitation. Therefore they know the number to plug in. Otherwise, they simply count them up.

Get out a calendar and do the same yourself if you want to know the number.

I didn't know if they just use a standard number to fill in or percentage or if they actually sat down and counted all the overnights.
