What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

I wrote a thread here a long time ago and am back for some advice. The thread in question is here:
https://forum.freeadvice.com/drunk-driving-dui-dwi-27/dui-probation-needing-leave-my-state-363130.html

Basically, I got a DUI and was put on probation in PA. I got a probation violation over something I felt was wrong and was put in jail for a few days. When I got out, I no longer went to meet probation and eventually left the state. Not my best choice, but I made it. I was asked for ID by a cop up here when I first moved here and he told me that the warrants were bench warrants and he was not able to extradite me over them but if I had been in any number of the surrounding states I would have been in trouble!

Long story short, I am wanting to go back to Pennsylvania now and want to know what I might be up against. It has been 2-3 years on now and I wanted to ask here before I put money down on a lawyer. Will there be any way to avoid jail, and really any other advice is needed. Thank you in advance! :)

Only the Judge and God knows what you may or may not be up against. If you do go back,go to the court clerk, and ask to be seen by a judge. It will work in your favor if you voluntarily go in rather than being caught.
