An update and new questions on an old issue

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

I wrote a thread here a long time ago and am back for some advice. The thread in question is here:

Basically, I got a DUI and was put on probation in PA. I got a probation violation over something I felt was wrong and was put in jail for a few days. When I got out, I no longer went to meet probation and eventually left the state. Not my best choice, but I made it. I was asked for ID by a cop up here when I first moved here and he told me that the warrants were bench warrants and he was not able to extradite me over them but if I had been in any number of the surrounding states I would have been in trouble!

Long story short, I am wanting to go back to Pennsylvania now and want to know what I might be up against. It has been 2-3 years on now and I wanted to ask here before I put money down on a lawyer. Will there be any way to avoid jail, and really any other advice is needed. Thank you in advance!

Only the Judge and God knows what you may or may not be up against.If you do go back,go to the court clerk,and ask to be seen by a judge.It will work in your favor if you voluntarily go in rather than being caught.
