We are prepping for our Annual Meeting and we have asked the community for volunteers to run for the Board Director (3) open positions. We want to prepare ballots ahead of time and determine if anyone wants to run. Elections will be held at the meeting per our CCRs. We have received no volunteers. We know the community quite well and no one wants to be on the HOA Board. The three of us currently holding the positions want to leave. My question is, are we required to have an election if no one steps up? Would we can carry on, with the three existing Board Directors until we can convince/appoint someone in our places? We are in Idaho.
