I have been married two years, I have not lived with my husband for the last 16 months. I asked him to leave the Coop I own because:
1. He has been serverly depressed for the last 20 years and did not tell me. I learned this when we went to counselling a month after our marriage.
2. He is an alcholic.
3. He is in debt for over $30,000 and continues to get himself in further debt.
4. There had been limited sexual contact with him (about 5 times in 8 months) due to the antidepressants he had begun to take.
5. He left the Coop several times without telling me where he was going for several days at a time. He left me in Florida while we were vacationing for a week and left me alone in Times Square, NYC at 11PM and left me to get home alone by subway since I did nto have money for a cab.
6. Gave me a bounced check for money he owed me for $1,500.
7. He is a perpetual liar and cheater since the Viagra he had gotten was being used but not with me.
8. He can be verbally abusive.
I would like to get this marriage annualled in New York City where we had gotten married. Is this possible and do I have the grounds. Also, does NYS recognize a Summary of Disposition?

You need a divorce, not an anullment.
