I am trying to get an Annullment and I am not sure if I am able to. My husband and I were married in the state of California, which is where my HOR(Home Of Record) is. We are both in the military and because of Joint Spouse, we are stationed together in germany. He is from Ohio.
My main question is the grounds, I am divorcing him due to abuse reasons. Do I have grounds for an Annullment if we have only been married since 24March01?

No.. Time is not a factor in deciding annullments.
