I believe I can get my wife (of one year) to agree to an annulment but in Colorado I have to prove fraud. She's willing but doesn't want to come across as a "psycho" or mentally unbalanced or anything like that. Does anyone know a nice legal way to say "I told him I wanted children but in actuality I don't" or "I told him I had resolved my "issues" with past relationships but I guess I haven't and now I don't want to be married anymore"

Thanks for the help!!
