If I get an annulment, will I have to pay spousal support or divide military pension property?

I AM ALWAYS LIABLE

My response:

No.

An annulment, if granted, and unless there are children of the marriage, means that the "marriage never occurred". In that instance, the parties are placed back into the same position as they were prior to the marriage.

But, unless you meet very specific, and certain criteria for an annulment, you'll need a standard divorce.

Good luck.
