TN: My daughter has been married one year. It has been a very bad marriage. First can we get a annulment? Second
She is now living with me. He left town leaving behind
him a $1300.00 bill for back Rent Due. He has had as many
as 15 jobs in the year. He has a bank he owes money to
that was there before they got married. She is 18 he is
24. She married him when she was 17 because she became
pregnant. I have had to support them just about the
whole year because he wouldn't keep a job. When the baby
was born he had little to do with her. My daughter would
like sole custody based on the fact that the babies father
left town leaving no where for my daughter and grand daughter to go but back with me. He has not supported the
babies basic needs at all. He hasn't supported my daughter
through out the year I have had to pay most of their bills and buy food ect. Please guide up in what we can do to keep this man away from this child. He only wants her now because my daughter asked him for a divorce. The other problem we have is we are afraid he is going to try to steal this child.
Thank You
Bonnie

Bonnie could anything get worse...The good news is ..is that you can file Child Abandoment Charges Against him, or if you want you can request that he have supervised visitation with the child, second is the divorce finial? if it is you can file a MOTION FOR CIVIL CONTEMPT/EMFORCEMENT in this motion you can ask the court to make him get a job and make him make his payment through the state that away if he does not make them he will GO TO JAIL and in most state you sit there until the support is paid. it is like that here in Florida...The other part is if he does pay child support he has a right to see the child but then again ask that he gives up him parential rights then you dont get child support if he gives them up...it one of those damned if you do and damned if you dont situation. im going through the same thing with my "hopefully" soon to be x-wife who up and left me and our 2 children almost a year ago...if you need anymore help you can contect me at [email protected] yahoo instant messange: outtacontrol3
