grounds for annulment
i have been "married" for 5 years and separated probably altogether 3 out of the 5 years off and on. we are separated this time for 8 months now due to the fact that unless he was at work, he was chugging down a bottle and staying passed out for several hours daily and week-ends, continually. as a result of the alcohol he had no desire to have sexual relations with me his wife and we fought about it continuously usually resulting in separation. i am a Christian and would like to have this so-called marriage be regarded as never existing because in fact, it never was a marriage at all. on these grounds is it possible for me to get an annulment??? i live in missouri and he is in tennesee, we were married in south carolina. thank you for any advice you can give me.
