My husband and I live in California and have been married for 4 1/2 years; however, we have been separated (though not legally) for over 4. Ours was a typical Las Vegas wedding - went gambling, got drunk, got married. I was on the Clark County (Las Vegas) website and discovered that a marriage can be annulled if the parties were intoxicated but I can't find anything about a time limit. I would much rather get an annullment than a divorce. Is there a statute of limitations?

Also, we had several debts together and I just recently found out that he filed bankruptcy a couple of years ago. Can he still be held responsible for his part of the debts through the annulment/divorce court?
