I was married in SC on 11/14/00. I realize I made a mistake & want to nullify the marriage. What are the laws as far as this if I am moving out of state to Pa. What is the quickest way to do this, & in which state do I apply for the annulment or divorce? No children, property, or division of any assets. All of his property is still in his pre-marital house.

You need to apply for a divorce in SC.. if you move to PA then you can do it there after 6 months.
