i live in tennessee, was married here also.i want to dissolve my marriage, i have the papers drawn up already,my husband does not agree to the papers { this was supposed to be an agreed divorce}. now we have been seperated for at least five years, but i have found out that he may have still been married at the time our marriage took place, i know i would need to prove this, but my question is would it be quicker to go on with the divorce { agree with what he "now" wants}or get the info from arizona{thats where the marriage took place with the other wife} and proceed with an annulment?
