I filed a divorce in California in 1998. My judgment papers keep getting sent back to me. I've been told to get rid of the California case and start an annulment in Ohio. What are the grounds for an annulment in ohio, and how long does it take. Also, am I already divorced in CA? In the computers I show up as divorced but theres never been a judgment entered.
