Would a PA or NJ court consider the following as grounds for annulment:
1)My husband did not advise me of serious medical problems
(chronice intestinal disease and precancerous tumors)prior
to our marriage
2)My husband did not advise me of ongoing psychological problems prior to our marriage.

It goes without saying that we married without knowing
one another long enough.

My husband abandoned the household after 3 months of
marriage and I'm trying to determine if annulment would
be a less emotionally taxing approach to legally ending
the marriage.

Why PA and NJ? Good question. We lived in NJ. My husband
moved and has lived in PA for one year.

Thanks
