I live in kansas and have been married to a man fri\om mexico for two years,we recently completed his paperwork and he now has a permanent resident card, the minute he had his card in hand on the way back from mexico he informed me he no longer wished to adopt(i am unable to have children> as he did not know how long we would be together and he did no wish to pay child support., we lived together for five miserable months at which time i made him leave as he would not help with bills and continually picked a fight over everything. i believe he married me for his papers onl;y is it possible to get an annullment instead of a divorce?

You need to get a divorce.. and of course write to the INS and explain the situation and more importantly, the very sudden change the moment he got his card.
