Hi

I am trying to find out how long do you have to get an annulment after being married?

Thanks

Annulments are not granted on the basis of time -- there are specific guidelines for annulment that vary by state (so please provide your state-- note the big red statement at the top of each page asking for that info)....but for the most part are mental incompetence, deceit (very specific forms of deceit), one party being under age (invalid contract as a minor cannot enter into legally binding contract), etc.....
Annulments aren't the easy "wand-waving" solution most people think these days and have little/nothing to do with consumation (a popular train of thought) or legnth of marital relationship (another common misconception).....please post your state so we can provide you specific statute that will apply to your case....
