I am writing this for my brother who is a 42 yr. old male married almost 9 years. He lives in Pa. His wife and him have never consumated their marriage as per her wishes not his. She would never let him touch her in a sexual way. He is a born again Christian and is having a hard time with getting a divorce. They have very little money and I've heard that annulments are more expensive than divorces.

Deepest regards,
Lew

I live in Pa. My husband and I have been married for almost 11 years. We tried to consumate our marriage when we were first married but we never succeeded. (We were both very naieve virgins when we got married and didn't know what to do). Years later we were discussing the lack of a sex life EVER and he told me that he knew he was impotent before we got married and didn't tell me. When asked why? He told me "Well you might not have married me then." My marriage has never been good and he is very demanding at times. hHe has in the past been violent with me. I know I can get a divorce if I want to, but, can I get an annulment?
Deepest regards,
Lew
