Annulment Time?

I have been married for 5 months. We live in Ohio. We signed a prenuptial agreement. In the agreement my husband indicated that he had debts of approximately $6,000.00. I just recently found out that he lied. He owes over $25,000.00 in debt and a portion of that is $9,500.00 in child support arrears and $4,000.00 for back taxes to IRS. The $25,000.00 only represents what I have been able to uncover - there are still other debts that have yet to be disclosed to me. One week after we were married he had a car accident that he never informed me of and was recently served papers from the victim for a $25,000.00 lawsuit for injuries. Question? What am I liable for as his wife? Question? Will his bad credit affect mine? Question? Is this grounds for fraud if I ask for an annulment?
Please advise.

My response:

We'd like to assist you; however, you apparently didn't see that red writing up at the top of the page. Without your State name, or the name of the State where the problem happened, it would be difficult to assist you. Laws are different everywhere.

Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to you editing your post.
