Married to Alien! King Co., Washington State, March 30, 2001 to a woman from Argentina. Was wrongly informed that previous divoce was final as of March 16th..., discovered last week, it is not final till May 16th. I moved to So. CA., she was to follow. Unable to contact new spouse. No idea of whereabouts. Wish to annul marriage asap. Or is it not a legal marriage? And/or how do I resolve this as simply as possible. Very concerned in California.

If you have proof of the previous marriage not being completed then you can file to have this annulled.
