I live in Illinois and married two year ago. My wife has recently had an affair and I have moved out. I have also come to find out that we would not have been able to have children since she had her tubes tied before we met. She never told me about this until recently. Could this be grounds for an annulment since we wered married under false pretense? Please respond ASAP

In the state of Tennessee, yes it would be grounds. Unfortunately I am not sure in other states. However, you may run into a time factor - some states have limitations on how long you can be married before you have to divorce and not annul. Sounds like you will be calling a laywer either way, so I would ask them about an annulment before a divorce. Best of luck!!
