i am in the marine corps, active duty, and so is my husband. we got married in okinawa, japan, and that is also where we recieved our marriage liscence. both of us our currently stationed in north carolina. things are not working out in our marriage, and i was wondering if annulment was a possibility. we have been married 10 months.there was no fraud involved in the marriage, however, i do not know what the criteria is for annulment, and if we have to abide by nc laws. if divorce is the way to go, that is fine. i just need a little guidance on what is the best route. also there is no property disputes or children. any help will be greatly appreciated.
thanks,
nancy
