i live in florida, my husband was not a citizen of the u.s. when we got married, we have been divorced for 4 years, he has ruined my credit by late or no payments on the mortage of the home which he kept. he just now got citizenship, but cannot qualify for the mortage himself, anyway of getting my marriage and all annuled ?

No, your already divorced. There would be nothing to gain even if you could.. unless you had a time machine..

who do i consult with regarding my name on the mortage of the house he is renting out not even living in? im trying to refinance my own home and he has ruined my credit

You take him back to court and force him to either refinance or sell the house.
