I came to the United States on 5.25.98 with my wife on a Honeymoon trip. (Married on 5.5.98). After 3 months she went back to India and I stayed here and got a work permit. In our religion Divorce is not considered good so we have decided to get an Annulment. Both our parents have agreed to this decision.
Now the Question is that I do not want to go back to India and we both want an annulment. So is it possible that I staying in the United Stated have an Annulment with wife who is in India. We have no children.

The US is made up of 50 states.. each state has different laws. That is why we ask for your state name. How hard is that?
