me and my husband has been married for 2 years now. we got married in the philippines and are now staying in chicago. he's a naturalized american citizen and i'm an immigrant here. our life here is not exactly the way i pictured it to be. i want to have an annulment but i want to stay here in choicago. would that be possible?

You need to get a divorce. Whether the INS will allow you to stay depends on your visa status and where you are in the process.
