i have been married since 10-2-00 is that too long for an annulment or do i need to get a divorce i am in fresno california

You do not get annulled simply because of the time involved. The most common reason is some kind of fraud. On the main board, there are generic questions that addressmost of the reasons you would try for an annulment.
