Married July 7, 2001,known each other only 1 month. I live in KY, husband lives in MS. Can we get an annulment and can we get remarried later?

My response:

Why bother ? If you plan on "remarrying" him, just leave things as they are. If you decide to get back together at a later date, then great ! No fuss, no muss, and you'll both save some money.

If, after the amount of time you want to be apart, either one of you wants a divorce, then do that.

The amount of time you have both been married has nothing to do with annulment. As long as the marriage was legal from the beginning, and there was no fraud or duress, then you'll need a standard divorce.
