Another collector phone number help

What is the name of your state?TN

I have another collector that ofcourse does not leave a company name when he calls. I called the number back, and their recordings do not give a name either. I've sent the cease communication letters to all the collection agencies that has been calling thus far, that only written communication could follow at this point.

Now this new number pops up and I have no idea who they are. And being at work, I can't waste time dealing with these people.
