A guy committed a crime against my daughters. Another guy broke the law involving my daughters leading to this crime. Charges are filed against one but not the other. Hopefully soon but I doubt it.

I found they have public “MySpace” accounts listing many of their friends’ “MySpace” accounts. The sites make me sick because these two are going on business as usual and posting blogs.

While it may not be the adult thing to do, would I be in any legal trouble for sending these “friends” copies of public records also found on the net? Could it hurt any civil case down the road if it is obvious that I did it?

The courts are notifying the public – I am just directing attention or sending out copies.

I realize after what I have read that I can be sued for anything even though that does not mean that they will win.

My thought process on this issue is clouded with revenge.

ThanksWhat is the name of your state?

You already know the answer. It's the same one you would give your children if they came to you and said "Billy-bob called me a liar so I called him a fat jerk".
