What is the name of your state? ontario, canada. however, please relate to both us and canada: what is the difference between investment advise and freedom of speech? when do your expressed thoughts and opinions become violation of securities rules and when do securities rules violate civil liberties? or, when does what i believe or what i've done or doing or going to do publicly stated get me into trouble? are there any guidelines anywhere in plain english that i may exercise my free speech? last, what if i set up my newsletter as part of commentary of a fee/nonfee based news publication? sorry for being wordy and thanks.
