I know this question has probably been asked a million times on this site, so I appreciate anyone who takes the time to respond.

I am 10 months into a 24 month contract with a health club in the state of Oklahoma. The only out is relocation.

I just started a new job that has a free fitness center on-site, and I want out.

I had heard that in Oklahoma, if you don't go to the gym for a specified period of time, you can get out of your contract. Is this true? If not, are there any other means besides deception to release myself from this agreement?

Thank you.
