his name is on the birth cert.
the case is set for 1 1/2 weeks from now
the lawyer said he would overturn it but is now sending my brother papers to let him know the allegations she made against him
none are true
what rights does he have in this situation
he really is a wonderful father and is trying so hard to take care of his child
i think she justs wants the child for the money she gets for him
cause she never has him and the 10 cans of unused formula in her cabinets prove that
the baby has been moved back and forth every week between grandparents
she has had him about a month out of his 5 month existence
any advice would be great

In your previous post you said a warrent for his arrest had been issued and that he had the child correct. If it is possible for him to keep the child and not get caught i personly would not take the child back or keep the child with my family until the decision was overtuned. And if his name is on the birth certificate that is one step closer to where he needs to be.
