What is the name of your state? Indiana

Answering a petition for paternity. I am denying this. I am doing the paperwork myself (case is in florida)...three questions...#1, In the ANSWER TO PETITION ..it says, #1 agree, #2 disagree or #3 neither agree or disagree due to lack of info.....Question 1, can I just put the word "ALL" in the #3 space? Or do I have to write each number for each paragraph..ALSO, this answer also says I am including other forms( #4 uniform child custody,#5 notice of s.s. #, #6 family law financial affidavit)..can I just delete #4, uniform c.c., #5 and #6 from the form?
Question #2...I am also filing a MOTION FOR SCIENTIFIC TESTING...can I add a statement asking for my part of the test to be done in my state of INDIANA? Thanks.

I am sure that you could call CS yourself and ask what information they are looking for in each case.
I would not suggest altering a CS form. I would answer all questions and if they don't apply or you don't believe they apply say so.
If you are currently asking for testing in your state, you should have proof of proceeding that way and state that information.
I don't know the law so this is my view. I would say because they are asking you to respond to each question and paternity is being sought they have the right to ask you to submit to their paternity( in which case a lawyer in Florida is recommended)
I just had my case moved from Florida-so if you want some numbers for anything just ask.

You need to specify number 1, 2 or 3 in answer to each allegation.

Is this a petition to establish paternity AND child support?

If it is, then under Fl mandatory disclosure law you have to file the other forms, in particular the family law financial affidavit.

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure about where the test is required to be done, but it is safe to assume that it will be in the state where mother/child live.
