answer-unlawful detainer 8/27/01

we are not tenants we are buying the house. lender clamed we are tenants
i have prepaired the answer-unlawful detainer I checked box 2b an explained the following " The plaintiff is not the defendants' landlord, but the lender of the defendants' home loan. The defendants' pay a monthly mortgage paymet as per the writen loan agreement." he had claimed a verbal month to month rental. we are 4 mo. behind
is this the correct response???:confused:

You got caught in a REDNECKS rent to own SCAM....

Yes once you violate the terms of the agreement, you become month to month tenants....(in essence forclosure)

Read your agreement...seems like a typical REDNECK scam, praying on the poor by giving them hope of actually owning something.

Better pay up or bye bye

HINT: BANKS are for home loans not low-life landlords!
