What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona
My home is going to go to auction on January 27, 2009. My 2nd loan is a home equity loan that was solely used for buying the property and was secured with a deed of trust. My first question is, does this fall under the anti-deficiency laws of Arizona? 2nd question is, is there anyway that my lender, USAA, could have put something in my contract that would take the anti-deficiency law rights away from me if it were to fall into those laws?
