What kind of rights does a person have if their landlord wants to kick them out at the end of their lease (Commercial Lease) just because they don't like them for some reason--maybe because of their race or religion or nationality or a personality conflict?? Is there any recourse?

"Personality conflict" is not a protected class. If your landlord does not want to renew your lease, he dosn't have to.
