I would appreciate if someone can clarify some anti-spam/canspam regulation for me.

Is it legal if I paid for access to a resume database from a job site and I sent (let's say) accountants, that posted a resume, an email of possible temporary jobs on another site.

Would this go against Canspam regulations? (as I have paid for the resume database access).

Please advise, thanks!

Sorry Zigner, I don't understand your response. I am referring to the US law with regards to the CAN-SPAM regulation.

You deleted the "What is the name of your State?" question.
Even when you're referring to federal law we want to see the answer.
There are state antispam laws as well you know.
