I was married I thought to a man for the past 2 years, found out he was not legally divorced from wife #2 when he married me, divorce was final about 1 month after he married me. My attorney says we are not legally married, going to court for annullment in 3 weeks, my question is...is the divorce from wife #2 legal since he was already married to me when it took place, and can he be legally charged with Bigamy by me, I want him punished to the full extent of the law, tell me what to do.
