Here is the playing field:
California - Administrative Procedures Act
(Government Code, Title 2, Division3, Part 1, Chapter 5) commencing with Section 11500.
Today is Sunday. So in advance of hitting the books at our County's (Calif) Law Library, I'm seeking information on Administrative Law.
I've gone pro per (Civil) in Superior Court, and as a Plaintiff in U.S. District Court in debt collection cases so getting anything more than a consultation from an attorney is unlikely.
Not because my experiences with attorneys have been negative, they have not. It is a dollars and cents thing.
Some possible ways I can be helped would be recommended readings or links to threads here or perhaps to other sites that are more specialized. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
This appears to be a starting point for me.
