im 21 now and this happened when i was 19


Charged with 1-weapons dangerous, 2-utter death threat, and 3-mischief under. Guilty pleas to 1 and 3. Received a suspended sentence, a 2 year weapons prohibition and 15 months probation-on each, concurrent. Count 2 was withdrawn.

also.. does a pardon just allow me to go to the states or does it completly get rid of the record?

the reason i ask is cause i keep getting turned down for job oppertunities because of this

The only way you will know whether you can get a pardon is to apply for one.

Where, in Ontario, you do that I do not know.

i guess ill ask my lawyer if i get one. I see all these sites offering to do it for like $700 bucks.. everythings a godamn scam
