Has anyone here had any experience in dealing with Dell in a bankruptcy?
Our attorney seems to think that he can 'cut a deal' to redeem at current value. He tells us that you can redeem items regardless of what chapter bk you file. (Is this true?) I've read on another message board that Dell is a real stickler and will instead repo regardless of value or amount owed.
