missouri, can anyone tell me how we can get someone to move from our property? we had nothing in writting that he rents form us. we never even got any rent for the 5 months he has been living there. and also we had utlities in our name,he told us he would pay us, he had been looking for work, well thats what was said the whole 5 months. so we cant afford to do this paying the bill thing for him, so we had to shut the utlities off, i believe hes staying there anyways, with out electricty or water. where do we have any right now on what we can do? we had only verbal words& we told him hed have to move, so heres the good one, he admitted in self into a hospital, is what his son told me. that was only to get out of moving,i was told by son, it was his nerves, he never had a worry or care in the world, we are the ones who nerves were bothering. so now what can we do to get him out? any kinda info would help? thanks.
