Does the property manager have the right to file a trespass complaint against a person who is invited to the property to do business or simply to visit friends.

If yes, is effective consent to enter the property adequate concent when given by an owner/resident? Some are telling me that the property manager or developer is the only one that can give permission to enter.

Please help me answer this.

Please keep all your questions in one thread.

Q: Does the property manager have the right to file a trespass complaint against a person who is invited to the property to do business or simply to visit friends.
A: Details? Condo? Apartment? Dorm room?

Q: If yes, is effective consent to enter the property adequate concent when given by an owner/resident?
A: Probably, but, as I said, we need more info.

Q: Some are telling me that the property manager or developer is the only one that can give permission to enter.
A: Ask them to give you legal authority; then post their answers here.

Judge...not sure if you want to go fishing.
Mike here has many posts on same thing, If he would keep his threads together you would have your details, or you can put out your reel and search his other threads... I think you have better things to do with your time. ( No I am not calling Mrs. Judge a thing... but I think you made a promise earlier)

He Really wants to fight this trespass thing. I think he has the
"Josh Wilson" syndrome.
You already defined what "effective consent" is for this bozo. I know you
always try. God bless you.
If someone gets on my nerves (hence the bozo comment) I don't try, (thank goodness for these posters that you do sometimes,
In this... ahem ... poster's case someone would give him the two word answer.

No I don't mean a crude answer.. :p
I mean the standard...
"Duplicate post" or something to that nature.
